Executive branding describes the process of creating memorable ways to communicate the impact executives have had throughout their careers.  We begin with discussions about your experiences and the value you’ve shared with organizations. From there, we do a deep dive into the stories that have shaped you and the one we will create together.  Using an impact-driven and value-based approach, we identify the best avenues to expand opportunities for others to hear you.

We help teams communicate their value to internal and external key stakeholders. Branding for teams helps others utilize them more efficiently and effectively and can help to decrease employee confusion and frustration. If specific teams use communication pieces, such as presentations or marketing collateral, we can help to guide the development of branding or rebranding projects.

IS THERE A TYPICAL ENGAGEMENT LENGTH?

The amount of time we work with you will depend on the scope of the project and your individual needs. There is no limit to how many advisory sessions you may utilize, but we do request a minimum 10-hour commitment to ensure you get the most value of our time together.

If you choose a retainer agreement for Executive Communications Support, the engagement length will depend on the scope of organizational goals.  If there are specific deadlines, we will let you know how we can best meet your needs. In a nutshell, we will explore the items required on a monthly basis and be here to craft them for you.
